The Challenge

The company’s existing solution, Leapsome, had become rigid and costly, delivering a poor ROI while forcing sensitive HR data into the hands of a third-party vendor. Operational leaders suffered from a total lack of visibility, as the system only produced static PDF outputs. This rigidity made it impossible to scale the performance review process alongside the company’s rapid growth and frequent organizational shifts.

What We Built

We developed an in-house performance review workflow directly on monday.com, ensuring all sensitive data remains secure within the organization. The core of the solution is a custom-embedded AI assistant that guides the review process, integrated seamlessly with SAP SuccessFactors and automated through Make and Workato. This architecture allows for a daily sync of organizational changes, providing a dynamic and scalable infrastructure for people development.
